Hi David. We haven't seen green cost become green appraisal value. Not enough sales.
Hi David - I just sent you an email. I have to say it was an intresting quiz and system. I reached level 6. I think its a good concept but I'm just out of time. I recently removed all chemicals from my home, in cleaning and food. I'm even making my own detergents in some cases. I love using the baking soda/water/lemon solution for my bathtub. I used to have to wear gloves to keep from getting hives. I just started a kitchen compost and making a DIY compost and rain water collector for the yard this coming weekend. Its really quite fun.
