NY State Mortgage Tax ~ The mortgage tax con be computed by calculating 1.3% of the mortgage amount less $30.00 for a one or two family dwelling.*
Mansion Tax ~ On homes over $1 million a mansion tax is imposed on each conveyance of residential real estate.
